Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing employee training & development programs.
  • Support implementation of company-wide Performance Management System, including tracking KPIs for departments.
  • Assist in managing performance appraisal process to ensure fairness and accuracy.
  • Support monitoring of employee turnover rate and contribute to employee retention initiatives.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, grievance cases, and disciplinary actions under HR guidance.
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR records maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and provide administrative support to HR management.
  • Support fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in general administration tasks, including office management, procurement, maintenance, and coordination of support services.
  • Assist in coordination between HR and Admin functions for smooth daily operations.

  • Any Graduate
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management is an advantage
  • Proven working experience in HR operations
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to branch offices when required
