Job Description

  • Perform day-to-day Human Resource operations
  • Manage new employee orientation program and briefing
  • Maintaining the employees’ data and update employees’ record in HR system
  • Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
  • Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
  • Training administration
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee relations issues.
  • Preparation of the regular monthly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports.
  • Perform all government related reports and claims such as maternity, medical leave
  • In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees
  • Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Business Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management with minimum 5 years’ relevant HR experience
  • Familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and practices
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-task and well organized.
  • Possess initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • People oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application.
  • Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in Darwinbox/SAP HR system would be advantageous.
  • Must be willing to be based in Myingyan
