Job Description

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities
  • Post job advertisements and screen candidates
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate hiring processes
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Handle employee complaints and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Ensure proper communication between management and employees
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Coordinate payroll information with finance department
  • Maintain employee personal files and confidential records
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel regulations
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans by efficient tracking and execution
  • Manage and monitor all employee attendance, payroll & other supporting function.
  • Evaluate all department Tasks & Duties set up and maintain it.
  • Identify and suggest Internal and external training programs.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Hotel field
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel for Operation Field
