· Provide counseling on policies and procedures for HRD.
· Develop training and development programs.
· Assist in performance management processes.
· Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues.
· Support the Team Building Plan and another HR related activities.
· Evaluate training programs and suggest future options for continual learning.
· Design the HRD activities and plan for CSR activities.
· Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations and outputs.
· Conduct training programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration.
· Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in HRD.
· Proficient in MS Office (word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, Internet Browsing).
· Willing to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed.
· Preferable have experience in using HR software.
· Ability to work professionally with team spirit and motivation to achieve.
