Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and Social Security Board (SSB) regulations
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
