  • Develop and maintain job profiles and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Create attractive job advertisements across various platforms and formats.
  • Ensure candidates source through multiple recruitment channels including social media referrals and others recruitment methods.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants base on job requirement.
  • Conduct initial (primary) interviews and assess candidate potential.
  • Coordinate and arrange structured interview processes with relevant departments.
  • Manage the job offer and appointment process.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requisitions for all department needs.
  • Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees to ensure successful onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development plans with training schedule.
  • Supervise the payroll preparation and calculation processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure all HR tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Above 28 years in age.
  • Must hold a certificate or diploma in HR management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in computer skill with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good communication skill and presentation skill.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
