Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the required recruitment and exit process.

  2. Support onboarding procedures, including preparing announcements to introduce new staff to the whole school, collecting necessary personal data, creating QHRM and coordinating with the Marketing Department for the issuance of staff ID cards.

  3. Arrange SSB/EC monthly payment according to policies

  4. Arrange monthly local salaries and release pay slips through QHRM.

  5. Assist with the required training arrangements and participate in training (internal & external).

  6. Assist immigration matters and visa extension process for expat teachers

  7. Coordinate with the Yangon HR team regarding visa extension process, FRC, related local staff insurance etc.

  8. Liaise with government offices and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  9. Assist HR manager for revising HR rules and regulation

  10. Assist with staff wellbeing programmes

  11. Assist with employee relations, support employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.

  12. Collaborate with the Finance department to prepare uniform slips for new staff after probation period and prepare uniform list for existing staff annually.

  13. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and related HR Diploma is preferred

  2. Must have at least 2 years’ experiences in HR field 

  3. Must have basic command of English

  4. Must be able to communicate with expat staff

  5. Must have an excellent Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint

  6. Experience in running the visa process, Form C and FRC process is preferred

Skills and Abilities

  1. Must have  good relationship with government offices  and staffs

  2. Good in reporting on time and case by case

  3. Good in interpersonal skills

  4. Good in managing staff personnel files, maintain staff data records and keep confidential

  5. Must be good ethical

  6. Must be good listener (polite and patient)
