Job Summary
The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, attendance tracking, and HR administrative processes. This role provides a solid learning platform for career growth in Human Resources and people management.

Business Metrics
• Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation and employee records
• Recruitment coordination efficiency (shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• Compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
• Support provided to HR Manager in employee management and HR operations

Area of Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview coordination, and
onboarding
• Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR records
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and support basic payroll data preparation
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Provide administrative support to HR Manager and department heads

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn, strong sense of responsibility, and good work ethics
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information

Skills & Knowledge
• Basic understanding of Human Resource functions and HR administration
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, attendance, and employee record management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic HR systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
