Work with the management team to recruit and retain strong effective team members.
Draft and help negotiate contractual arrangements related to recruitment in line with AWBA HR policy.
Work with management to develop staff performance indices and to implement systems for monitoring staff performance
Interact with finance for staff overtime, holiday and other staff related issues
Maintain proper records of staff employment history
Ensure compliance of all staff with current legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Male or Female, Myanmar national preferred
Bachelor or Masters degree in a related field
At least 5 years field experience in a HR role
Solid negotiation skills and business acumen
Detail oriented with strong planning and analytical skills
Proven people management and teamwork skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (speaking, writing and reading) and Myanmar.
Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and email
Ability to travel throughout Myanmar occasionally
