Job Description

To support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

  • Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates, review resumes and assist in conducting interviews by providing the necessary inputs during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment contracts, personal files, HR forms and other HR related documents and regular update in master database in Yoma Connect.
  • Support to organize training programs for employees by working with Group HR/External Training Institutes and evaluate the training effectiveness.
  • Involve in various welfare activities.
  • Lease with government offices to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
  • Assist administrative works as requested.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (Prefer Certificate or Diploma in HR)
  • Relevant diploma/certificate holder
  • At least 3-year experience in HR field
  • Good understanding of Labor Law
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow.
