  • Checking daily attendance, leaving a balance, and leaving reason follow-up for updating any payroll changes accurately and timely.
  • Checking overtime process and purpose for overtime payment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for proper circulation of office needs.
  • Conduct appropriate induction procedures for newly hired employees.
  • Keep all employee's personal files systematically and update information as necessary.
  • Check probation and send the probation assessment form to the relevant department head.
  • Under the direction of the HR Manager, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of related matters.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
  • Any other tasks assigned based on business requirement by HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated. Preferred holder of Diploma in Human Resource Management and certificates.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in solid HR and plus FMCG background.
  • Understanding of Myanmar labour law.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills with positive attitude.
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office & Email, Attendance software.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
