  • Talent Acquisition:
    -Manage the full recruitment cycle to find the best candidates.

  • Strategy & Culture:
    -Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business mission.

  • Employee Relations:
    -Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Performance Management:
    -Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Compliance & Payroll:
    -Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and oversee the payroll and benefits administration.

  • Training & Development:
    -Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Reporting:
    -Provide HR metrics (like turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to the management team to help with strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, 2 years of experience in HR Manager role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and act as a mentor to staff.
