We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair on 5th November 2023 at ibis Styles Hotel Mandalay.

  •  
  • Developing salaries and benefits scheme which need to reflect the labour market and have competitive pay.
  •  Plan and administer an effective compensation and benefits, foresee the market changes and organization status.
  • Forecast cost by Department and help create the budgets.
  • Analyse the results from the employee performance review.
  • Create the salary simulation when it is needed to review depending on the benchmark data.
  • If needed, to perform HR daily operation functions.

Job Requirements

  • A person who can grasp things accurately and product a logical output.
  • A person who can utilize internal and external data to create a convincing plan through effective use of MS package.
  • Proficient in good writing and speaking in English.
  • Having HR backgrounds or experiences would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Have managerial role at least three years in related fields.
