Job Purpose

  • Responsible to manage for aspects of integrated functions of payroll, HR operations, employee benefits by collaborating with cross-functional teams to be effective operational excellency.
  • Develop and maintain HR databases, including employee records, payroll data, benefits information, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with respective stakeholders to identify employees’ values and experiences, develop requirements, and implement solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through employee motivation and engagement
  • Lead and calculate monthly payroll process and reporting
  • Responsible for scheduling basis reviews such as end of year salary review, compensation, benefits
  • Manage operations such as employees’ resignation process, delivery of onboarding program for new joiners, etc.
  • Manage employees’ benefits and maintain pay plan and benefits program such as insurance & other benefits program
  • Initiate & facilitate changes to policies and guidelines regarding employment, compensation & benefits based on updated governmental changes, market trends and company’s direction
  • Facilitate in some employee care programs by collaborating with participants of program members
  • Present HR operational reports within timeline
  • Analyze reporting, compensation & benefits, and so on.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Utilize technology to improve service delivery and overall operational service ensuring feedback & satisfaction is measured and monitored.
  • Optimally utilize given resources, systematically enhance own effectiveness
  • Manage HR auditing, analyzes root causes, tracks issues and corrective actions
  • Conducts call monitoring and data integrity reviews to ensure that production and quality expectations are being met, providing timely feedback and coaching to ensure performance metrics are being met or exceeded
  • Ad-hoc assignment upon business requirement

Job Requirements

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management / HR Management or its related ones

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration as an expert
  • Strong relationships with governmental bodies of labor office, tax office.
  • Prior experience leading cross-organizational/cross-functional project teams
  • Strong knowledge experience of HR systems and databases
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  2. Strong data interpretation, quantitative & analytical skills, good communication & presentation skills
  3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
