- Bachelor’s degree in any field, including business administration or human resources, are eligible.
- A minimum of three to seven years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management or payroll administration is required. (Manpower around 1,000)
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs.
- A comprehensive understanding of compensation best practices and legal compliance in Myanmar.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- A strong sense of professional ethics, with a high degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address compensation and benefits-related issues and find effective solutions.
- Extensive experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage compensation and benefits data.
- Oversee workflow to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
