Job Description

- Oversee workflow to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant government offices, such as the Social Security Board (SSB) and the tax office, to facilitate the handling of related payments.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee attendance records, leave records, overtime records, and employee lists, as well as other relevant human resources (HR) documents.
- Monitor the maintenance of data updates in Microsoft Excel, including HRIS updates, to ensure the integrity and reliability of data for reporting purposes.
- Review, report, and obtain management approval for coordinating with various banks and other related departments for the monthly payroll process.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for compensation and benefits sections.
- Develop and manage the annual HR department budget, encompassing salaries, benefits, training, recruitment, and HR programs.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and finance to align budgeting with business objectives and workforce strategies.
- Provide analytical and technical support for the effective delivery of company benefit programs.
- Other related compensation and benefit tasks assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, including business administration or human resources, are eligible.

- A minimum of three to seven years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management or payroll administration is required. (Manpower around 1,000)

- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs.

- A comprehensive understanding of compensation best practices and legal compliance in Myanmar.

- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

- A strong sense of professional ethics, with a high degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address compensation and benefits-related issues and find effective solutions.

- Extensive experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage compensation and benefits data.

- Oversee workflow to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
