Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Lead compensation & benefits planning, payroll coordination, and salary reviews
  • Identify training needs and implement staff development programs
  • Supervise HR team and administrative functions
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation (contracts, attendance, leave, etc.)
  • Support organizational development, restructuring, and culture building initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum (5–8) years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in performance management, KPI systems, and policy development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
  • Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Corporate environment preferred
