Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for all department.
  • Monitor workforce attendance, timekeeping, payroll processing and deployment for all department.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with Company Policy.
  • Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Supervise office administration, including procurement of office supplies and facility management.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports, quarterly management reports and yearly HR reports.
  • Manage company assets, vehicles, and office equipment inventory.
  • Manage to plan Internal, External training for monthly/yearly. And also include prepare Training need, attendance, Evaluation and feedback and records.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree, related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum (5) Years experiences in fields.
  • Excellent skill in HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar.
  • Have Knowledge of relevant International HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill
  • Have knowledge department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, JS, organizational design for all department and employee’s level.
  • Have good communication, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication in English Language.
