  • Strategic HR
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s business goals and future growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development of HR policies and programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the business unit, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support their integration into the business unit.
  • Compensation & Benefit
  • Ensure compensation structure is competitive and aligns with market trends.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
    Employee Relation
  • Handling the employee grievances & Problem Solving for Employee Case
    Prepare necessary documents respectively departments (Eg. Termination Letter and Contract, Deduction)
  • Arranging the event by cooperation with another department
    Performance Management
  • Employee Increment Case for Probation and Normal Increment
  • Training & Development
  • Training Arrangement & Support for Internal Trainer and External Trainer
  • Offboarding
  • Resignation Process, Retention & Exit Interview
  • External Relationship
  • Going to the government office (Labor Office, SSB Office, Tax Office, Ward Office)
  • HR Budget
  • Develop and implement the annual HR budget.
  • Monitor HR expenditures, ensuring compliance with the budget.
  • Track and report on payroll, benefits, and recruitment costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize resource allocation within HR.
  • Project Expansion
  • Support Project A Mobile Recruitment
  • HRIS & others
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure the system is up-to-date with accurate employee data, including personal information, employment records, and performance evaluations.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare HR Report for weekly HOD Meeting.
  • Reporting to CEO when have reports related HR.
  • Attending to the Strategic Weekly HOD Meeting.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, and at least 4 years of experience in managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics and HR software systems.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
