Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance management, employee relations, and other HR operations in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for assigned positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Conduct orientation programs for Officer-level and below employees.
  • Monitor and maintain daily attendance, leave, and lateness records.
  • Prepare monthly salary information and payroll-related reports for Employment Contract employees and submit them to the HR Manager.
  • Calculate and process payroll for Service Contract employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support Social Security Board (SSB) registration, claims, and related processes.
  • Assist in fostering positive employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR Related data accuracy and generate HR reports as required.
  • Perform HR data collection and analysis to support operational and strategic HR functions.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Support learning and development programs and employee capacity-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Administration Department in organizing HR and Admin activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and possess an HR Diploma and/or relevant HR Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience using HRIS systems will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and SSB procedures.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
