Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for 800+ employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee compensation data, and HRIS information.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, and final settlements.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Myanmar Labour Law, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll payments and statutory contributions.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance.
  • Administer employee benefits and support compensation-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
  • Assist in payroll audits and prepare required documentation.
  • Support HR projects and perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience handling payroll for 800+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and payroll regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll software is an advantage.
