  • Perform day to day Human Resecure Operation
  • Maintaining the employee’s data and update employee record in HR System.
  • Knowledge of HR function (Payroll & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Labor laws)
  • Can handle in the recruitment process by job posting, screening and schedule interviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with Diploma Human Resource Management.
  • Mininum 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Must be familiar with using HR software Global TA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good skill of computer (MS word, Excel , Powerpoint, Internet & Email.)
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
