Recruitment and payroll for company
Daily HR Operation ( attendance, Leave record, OT)
SSB , income tax payment
EC Contract Preparing
Daily Administration Process (eg., buying stationaries, arranging office requirements)
Maintain department records to all employee personal datas
To generate required reports to ensure dissemination of human resource and staff information.
To manage any HR queries generated from production staff with the support of HR in Head office
To manage the factory relations issues and represent the company as required at industrial relations and labour meetings to reach a positive solution to Industrial Relations cases
Any other duties assigned by Head of HR

Job Requirements

Female (Only)
Must have 2 years experience in related position
Any graduated or Diploma in HR Management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including Lookups and other excel fuction.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills
Can work under pressure and team
Negotiation Skills
Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law
Teamwork skills
