- Support in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinate with the HR Officer for processing.
- Assist in new staff onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, contracts, and policies.
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining roadway and vehicle routes, and arranging staff uniforms as required.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance tasks.
- Record and maintain meeting minutes accurately and ensure proper documentation.
