  • Maintain and update the Personal Files of Company Employee
  • Arrange to pay Social Security Contribution for Company Employee in monthly
  • Arrange to pay Salary Tax for Company Employee
  • Vacancy Announcement Preparation and placing Advertisement
  • Assist in the arrangement of Recruiting: CV Collection, Interview Documents Preparation, Interview Test and inform the result to Manager
  • Prepare necessity for interview (Filling data to Candidates in CS Format, Scan the relevant documents of Candidates and Printing)
  • Interview Arrangement, Interview Assessment and Test Results Preparation for some position
  • Record the status of Interview and inform the results to Candidates
  • Assist to Manager in issuing various letters related to Human Resources Announcement, Company Rules, Office Discipline, Procedures and Announcement and several Personnel Affairs
  • Assist to Manager in issuing various letters related to
  • Assist to Manager for job Description (JD) and Job Specification (JS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) processes
  • Preparing for Meetings and Recording for the meeting data & meeting minutes
  • Assist in arranging for Training and Development of Employee
  • Assist in arranging of Training for passed Candidates and record the Training Info
  • Prepare and report all Training record with database to Manager
  • Check and Manage Daily Attendance, Leave and Overtime Record from HR Assistant
  • Organize of Seasonal/Periodical Events
  • Participate the Events and Seminars arranged by Company
  • Manage to HR Assistant for some employee relation issue and employee benefits, social welfare, social security Board (SSB) and staff insurance process and report to Manager with timeline

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Graduated with good Communication, Planning and Reporting skills
  • Minimum 3 years and above experiences in related field
  • Advantages in possessing the Diploma or Certificate of Administration or Office Management and Human Resources Management
  • Preferred in knowledge of relevant Laws and Regulations
  • Good experiences in Office Administration and Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Literate
  • Good command in English 4 skills
  • Have Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Be Self-motivated and Result-oriented
  • Be Trustworthy, Respectful, Adaptable, Flexible and good Attitude
  • Can demonstrate sound Work Ethics and Teamwork
