Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Handle Payroll, overtime calculation process and manage HR documents, including PIT, SSB, Employment Contracts, etc.
Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors and hospitals to ensure legal compliance.
Prepare and manage offer letters, employment letters, probation review forms, and contracts for new employees.
Organize staff events to enhance team building and employee engagement.
Manage and process performance appraisals to support employee development.
Maintain confidentiality of human resources information, ensuring trust and confidence from both managers and employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirements

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong understanding of labor laws, SSB laws, and the income tax process for employees.
Proficient in MS office word, excel and power point.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefit sector.
Honest, hard- working and passionate
Good command of English
Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate effectively.
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn and improve skills continuously.
