Job Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary HR contact for designated business units, supporting both business objectives and employee needs. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compliance, and HR administration.

The HRBP works closely with business leaders and employees to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The position acts as a bridge between the business and HR functions, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience.

HR Operations, Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and administer employee documentation including employment contracts, probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions, and separation documents.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and offboarding activities.
  • Review and validate payroll-related information, including employee movements, attendance, leave records, overtime, commissions, and other employee data before payroll processing.
  • Manage and maintain employee leave, attendance, and HR records to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate expatriate administration matters, including work permits, visas, tax documentation, insurance, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, dashboards, manpower reports, headcount analysis, and other workforce-related reports for management.
  • Support annual manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational updates.
  • Act as the focal point for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR processes and employee transactions.
  • Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and record retention practices are maintained.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Performance Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee movements, payroll administration, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and employees to provide practical HR solutions and support organizational objectives.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in HR documentation and records.
  • Experience preparing HR reports, dashboards, manpower analysis, and workforce metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for employee data management, reporting, and HR process administration.
