Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit management.
  • Implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures aligned with company values and local labour laws.
  • Guide and support Department Heads in performance appraisals, feedback processes, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee grievance handling, employee engagement initiatives, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and maintain HR records and reports.
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, training programmes, and career development plans.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across different teams and subsidiaries with confidence and discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Fluency in Burmese and English (written and spoken).
