Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Determine whether account meet quality and completeness requirements in line with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Accountable for time management and minimize (as much as to zero) the reviewing errors while verifying onboarded accounts. 
  • Checking Customer Accounts in both IDM Portal and SP Portal.
  • Freezing Customer Accounts according to KBZPay do & don’t Policy.
  • Closing Customer Accounts according to KBZPay do & don’t Policy.
  • Downgrading Customer Accounts according to to KBZPay do & don’t Policy.
  • Sending downgrading reason sms to customers.
  • Checking Agent & Merchant Accounts in SP Portal and submitting in Google Form.
  • Editing the KBZPay Accounts of minor errors. ( i.e Typo Error, Spelling Error).
  • Approve/Reject for Customer Onboarded Incentive.
  • Approve/Reject for Customer Upgrade Approval (L-1.5).
  • Prepare reports detailing the work performed.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
