  • Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to gather feedback and insights on skill gaps, needs analysis and performance improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with functional & subject matter experts to determine learning needs and analyze learning gaps to design programs and curriculum.
  • Support Learning Program and Engagement Head and HOD for annual training planning.
  • Ensure development and implementation of training plan on time.
  • Analyze data and metrics to determine the most effective training interventions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the program for successful execution including planning, seeking approval, program coordination, scheduling, documentation and measurement.
  • Coordinate external trainers and vendors as needed to deliver specialized training programs within specific time.
  • Source and evaluate external training providers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
  • Work closely with Operations team to organize and arrange Managing all kinds of training in place in accordance with quarterly training plan.
  • Sending invitation and calendar invitation to attendees and trainers in timely manner.  
  • Monitoring the nominations and registrations for internal/external trainings.
  • Work closely with Learner engagement team to obtains feedback on adequacy of training and learning program.
  • Build a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for organizing and implementing the internal Trainings request from other departments. 
  • Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Certified trainer certificate or relevant education back ground.  
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, minimum 2 yrs as L&D Manager / Training Center Manager or similar 
  • Understand L&D daily operations.
  • Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
  • Experience in performing quantitative, qualitative analyses, and impact assessments of the programs.
  • Ability to evaluate with L&D matrices, training completions, and communicate reports in an effective manner
  • Having a banking industry background would be a great advantage.
