L&D Lead (Assistant Vice President)
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet organizational needs.
Assess training requirements across departments through skills gap analysis and performance evaluations.
Design engaging instructional materials, workshops, and learning programs tailored to various employee levels.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms.
Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Coach and mentor employees to support their career development and growth.
Partner with leadership and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Manage L&D projects, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
Foster a learning culture that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 6 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning Management, preferably in a similar role in Banking Industry.
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with learning technologies and modern instructional design methods is a plus.
