Developing total learning plan and forecast of annual training budget in line with the Ninja Van’s strategic goals.
Designing, developing, operationalizing and reviewing competency development framework to ensure relevance to institutional and functional needs.
Conducting orientation programmes for new hires.
Plan, forecast and manage soft-skills training programmes and functional training programmes.
Implement various learning methods companywide.
Create and execute learning strategies and programs align with individuals KPIs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Diploma in human resources management.
Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs and proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Proficient in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
