Job Description

  • Developing total learning plan and forecast of annual training budget in line with the Ninja Van’s strategic goals.
  • Designing, developing, operationalizing and reviewing competency development framework to ensure relevance to institutional and functional needs.
  • Conducting orientation programmes for new hires.
  • Plan, forecast and manage soft-skills training programmes and functional training programmes.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs align with individuals KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Diploma in human resources management.
  • Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs and proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
