  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Understand each department’s (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and forms
  • Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
  • Performing gap analysis to get better ideas about the work plan
  • Amend existing system to address new requirements

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic proficiency in using office software for document preparation.
  • Proactive approach to fulfilling requirements and responsibilities.
