Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Mesh Teams with analyzing, implementing, and monitoring the change initiatives by collaborating and coordinating with respective stakeholders through resilience, integrity, and courage. S/He will support the implementation of mesh teams’ strategies and initiatives that are aligned with KBZ’s 4 Pillars: (1) Accessible & Convenient, (2) Engaging & Responsive, (3) Solutions Driven, (4) Exceptional Service to foster sustainable impact and cultivate customer base.

  • Supports the Mesh Team by proactively embracing a full range of problem-solving approaches and structuring problem soundly to implement changes for the better 
  • Synthesizes complete set of “so what’s,” translates them into well-syndicated recommendations or solution applications, derived from data analysis or existing issues
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with team and respective stakeholders (e.g. Mesh Teams, VCs/ FCs, branches) to foster sustainable customer impact and cultivate customer base
  • Attuned to/insightful about gaps in current processes/ systems to recommend new approaches, aligned with emerging banking trends and digital transformation
  • Applies practice or functional knowledge, assets and tech-enabled solutions with appropriate adaptations to meet a diverse range of customers’ needs and expectations
  • Demonstrates resilience, integrity, and courage by tailoring style/ tone to respective stakeholders and maintains strong internal relations
  • Applies innovative thinking by understanding branches, VC/FCs, relevant third parties’ unique ideas/ perspectives and tangibly integrates them to elevate the organization as a whole
  • Generates “out of box” solutions/ strategies by leveraging strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • Manages self effectively and empathizes with colleagues/ customers to create a positive and productive environment

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
  • Good leadership and management skill
  • Technical qualifications

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills
  • Data Analytics 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in delivering results in large projects and/or crucial product and process management initiatives in large organizations
  • VCGMA Assessment test will be conducted for the applicants who passed the interview
