Job Description

  • Process policy issuance, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation.
  • Verify customer information and required documents.
  • Enter and update policy data accurately in the system.
  • Prepare and distribute policy documents and certificates.
  • Maintain proper filing and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Follow up on pending documents and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Assist with operational reports and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • 1–2 years of experience in insurance, administration, or operations.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of general insurance products is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
