Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Identify, analyze and formulate risk mitigation strategies, provide complete action program and operation guidance for risk management of the whole life cycle of the project.
Provide tendering/ contract management of all material and service procurement and outsourcing of the project, through negotiation, interpretation of contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements and conditions.
Prepare valuation for interim and final payments, pricing variations notices, etc. to ensure timely progress of the works.
Manage and control the cost and budget of the project, and monitor the capital plan and daily cost of the project.
Work closely with financing team, and operation team to perform as planned and conduct reviews on variance from plan.
Provide advice relating to regulatory frameworks, contractual, project contract management and claim matters throughout the business.
Serve as the liaison between companies, employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Possess a degree from a recognized university, prefer degree with MBA as additional is advantage.
Have over 6 years’ working experience with proven track record. Preferably worked on power project, real estate, agriculture & infrastructure.
Familiar with project management field other recognized planning software.
Able to adopt the new software as per company requirement.
Strong in risk management and planning skill. Strong knowledge in contracting management.
Tendering management and contract management skill.
Strong in problem solving skill and fluent in English 4 skills.
Skilled in numerous areas including legal compliance, negotiation, and relationship management.
Ability work under pressure.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
Able to travel and stay in branch office.
