  • Manage the internal operation team and provide direct reports to the Managing Director. 
  • Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, ensuring third-party services meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, event proposal
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan promptly.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event setup, operation, and teardown, ensuring flawless execution.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as Operations Management or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Extensive experience in planning, organizing and executing high-impact events,shows and more. 
  • Leadership ability 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role related to events or production.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and operational challenges simultaneously.
