  • Understand the needs of medical equipment and accessories across the hospital.
  • Forecast needs and supplies to minimize shortage and damage.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to get best deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers to get network opportunities
  • Use soft-wares that track inventory and expiry, to minimize overstock and expired inventory.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports to be reviewed and analyzed by top management for better decisions.

Job Requirements

  • MBBS, preferrably another degree in logistics or business administration.

  • Strong planning, negotiation, research and teamwork skill.

  • Good knowledge of medical equipment, accessories and consumables

  • Good knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts and negotiation terms

  • Intermediate level of IT fluency and Business English is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a buyer in medical field
