Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Lead assigned projects from initiation to closure in line with PMO methodology
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks and issues
Monitor project performance against scope, timeline, cost and quality
Prepare regular project status reports for PMO and Management
Escalate risks, issues, and deviations to Head of PMO in a timely manner
Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and alignment sessions
Ensure project meetings are documented with proper meetings minutes
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and communicated clearly
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies and documentation requirements
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities
Contribute to strengthening PMO tools, templates, and practices
Undertake any other assigned tasks from line manger

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 to 6 years of PMO or project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
Quick learner, self-starter, and proactive individual with a strong process improvement mindset.
Broad understanding of corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk and Internal Controls.
Professional project management certification (e.g., PMO, Prince2, PMO certification, or equivalent) is an advantage.
