Job Description

  • Marketing and selling Property & Collateral products and service to customers through internet, and other marketing channel.
  • Make proposal group target for monthly.
  • Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio.
  • Create market awareness for the company’s product.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
  • Reviewing Sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis group by group.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products and service.
  • Prepare forecast, Sales budget, and report.
  • Ad-hoc assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate Prefer Dip in Marketing (or) Sales Management.
  • Must be able to use word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be experience in Home Loan and Property product.
  • At least 5 year working experience in Finical Service.
  • Must be proficient in arithmetic & Good in problem solving and negotiation.
  • Able to work under pressure and Able to work in OT if necessary.
  • Good in internal communication and able to work independently and happily.
  • Must be able to travel to any place assigned by the job.
  • Must be able to do work with positive thinking.
