Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QS Engineer (or) Site QS Engineer to join Comet Design and Decoration in Yangon. This role supports interior design and decoration projects by managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender support, and contract-related documents to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ and cost estimates for projects.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities.
  • Prepare material quantity calculations and cost breakdowns.
  • Monitor project quantities, material usage and costs.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Prepare quotations, variation orders and QS-related documents.
  • Assist in project cost control and monitor project progress.
  • Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in QS / Site QS, preferably in Interior Design & Decoration projects.
  • Good knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-off and Cost Estimation.
  • Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work at project sites when required.
