Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage and oversee Regional HR operations in alignment with Yangon HR policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and market practices.
• Partner closely with Yangon HR on HR initiatives, programs, and process improvements.
• Design and implement regional compensation and benefits programs in line with Retail HR policies.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide C&B advisory support to Head of HR
• Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary cases, and regulatory compliance.
• Support effective communication between management and employees.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Regional team, including sourcing strategies and selection processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and market best practices.
• Identify training needs and implement development programs to support performance and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain L&D-related policies and procedures.
• Assist the Head of Human Resources with related policies and updated government guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years working experience in HR field in Retail
  • Perform effectively leading role in HR function such as Wages and Salary, Welfare, Health and safety, employment relation, Recruitment.
  • Human Resources Management, Planning and Budgeting, Hiring, Developing Standards, Management Proficiency, Managing Expenditures, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Development, People Skills, Retaining Employees, Managing Talents Pool
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Myanmar labor law
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS System
  • Excellent communication in English and Myanmar Language
