Financial

  • Sales and Revenue Generation- Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing strategies, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and take appropriate actions to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Financial Management- Manage the branch budget, including monitoring expenses, analyzing and ensuring financial goals are met. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and expense reduction.

Operation

  • Operations Management-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket through managing staffing levels, ensuring adequate inventory levels, monitoring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management- Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation. Monitor product availability, minimize stockouts, and manage inventory shrinkage. Collaborate with merchandising to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate branch performance. Generate reports on sales, expenses, inventory, and other relevant metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve targets.

People

  • Team Leadership- Provide leadership and guidance to the staffs. Set performance expectations, delegate tasks, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
  • Staff Development and Training-Identify training and development needs for the staffs. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Relationship Management-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, cross department and employees. Represent the supermarket branch in community events and develop partnerships to enhance the brand's reputation.

Customer

  • Customer Service- Prioritize excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met. Train and empower staffs to deliver exceptional service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
  • Compliance and Safety- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
