1. To assist safety manager/officer and safety members to develop safety activities in the workplace.
2. To perform Gondola, Boom lift, Crane Signal and Lifting Supervision and Arrangements
3. Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use. (Checklists)
4. Promotes safe practices at the job site.
5. Enforces safety (Safe Works Permit to works)
6. Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
7. Conducts and participate investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
8. Reports to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations.
9. Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
10. Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste.
11. Evaluate, assess and alter safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees and clients
12. Research and implement new materials handing processes
13. Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors
14. Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements
15. Ensuring the safe installation of equipment
16. Ensure in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety
and Environmental management
17. Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary
18. Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to top management
19. Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects
‘obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
20. Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance
21. Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory
agencies
22. Partner with Project Management Team to ensure timely HSE communication

1. Bachelor Degree Holder at related University or institute
2. Must have 8 to 10  years experience in  HSE and safety at large construction and high rise building project.
3. English language is a must .
4. Can Join immediately.
5. Good reporting skill and can handle third parties project management team.
