Job Summary

To plan, manage, and oversee LPG gas sales, marketing, and distribution activities in order to achieve sales growth, expand market share, ensure efficient and safe distribution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for LPG gas products.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer demand, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and commercial customers.
  • Plan and execute promotional, branding, and pricing strategies.

Distribution & Operations

  • Manage the safe, timely, and efficient distribution of LPG cylinders and bulk gas.
  • Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, logistics, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.

Team Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and distribution teams.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Set KPIs and evaluate team and individual performance regularly.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit sales performance, market analysis, and sales forecast reports.
  • Coordinate closely with finance, operations, logistics, and safety departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in LPG gas, energy, or distribution-related businesses.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer and distributor network management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
