Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive volume, market share, and profitability across all FMCG product lines.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and team capabilities are continuously improved.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, distribution channels, and retail partnerships.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and promotional campaigns.
Monitor pricing, promotions, trade terms, and stock levels to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Strong network within the FMCG retail, wholesale, and distribution sectors.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
