Job Summary
National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales growth for a food and beverage manufacturing company in Yangon. Drive channel expansion, build strong customer partnerships, and achieve ambitious revenue targets through effective team leadership and market execution.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and distribution coverage.
● Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and deliver strong customer service.
● Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, and trade partners.
● Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
● Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets; ensure targets are tracked and achieved.
● Coordinate with marketing, operations, and production teams to support product availability and promotions.
● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to strengthen business performance and profitability.
● Ensure effective coverage of assigned territories and timely resolution of customer issues.

Job Requirements

● Any Graduated  OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field . MBA is preferred.
● Minimum 8 years plus of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
● Experience in food and beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
● Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve nationwide sales targets.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Good understanding of distributor management, retail sales, and trade marketing.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
● Willing to travel nationwide as required.
● Results-driven, proactive.
