An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement Annual and Monthly Sales Targets, Plans, and Strategies while leading execution to increase sales volume and ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Manage payments, collections, and customer complaints while providing effective after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support pricing, product positioning, and promotions; analyze product-wise sales performance; and monitor sales data to maintain healthy Account Receivables and financial control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, collaborate with Marketing for events and campaigns, and coordinate with other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Execute tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience
  • Experiences in property sales more preferable 
  • Excellent leadership & management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relations, pursue new clients, and manage key accounts
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
