  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare sales orders,seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in MT.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with regional key accounts and responsible for achieving monthly target of selected customers
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Maintaining records on area and customer sales with provided historical records.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate with marketing team in terms of products.
  • Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions)
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly rebate to Modern trade accounts and report to asst sales manager
  • Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit) and propose to management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Age is 20-35 years
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1-2 years solid experience in sales (stationery sales experience more prefer)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good understanding of modern trade channel
