ရန်ကုန် ရုံးခွဲ အတွက် ဖြစ်ပါသည် 

  1. ချမှတ်ထားသော အရောင်း Target များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် စီမံ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည် ။
  2. အရောင်းတိုးတက်ရေးအတွက် Sale Plan / Way Plan နှင့် Policy များ ရေးဆွဲရမည် ။
  3. ချမှတ်ထားသော Planများ ၊ Policyများ နှင့် Sales Process များ ကို ဉီးဆောင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း  /  Team Member များကို Movitation ပေးခြင်း  / ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း / ရလာဒ် စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း / ပြန်လည် သုံးသပ် တင်ပြခြင်း များ လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည် ။
  4. Customer များ နှင့် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် သာမက Team Member  များ နှင့် ပါ ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး ရရှိအောင် တည်ဆောက်ထားရမည် ။
  5. ဌာနတွင်း သာမက အခြားဌာန များနှင့်ပါ  Teamwork  & Communication ကောင်းစေရန် စီမံ ရမည်  ။
  6. အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ပြီး မိမိ Team ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်ရမည် ။
  7. Customer Complain များ ဉီးဆောင် ဖြေရှင်းရမည် ။
  8. မိမိဌာန ရှိ ( Display / Van Sale Stock / Sample  ပစ္စည်းများ ) Stock  အဝင်အထွက် စာရင်းများကိုက်ညီမှုရှိအောင် စီမံခြင်း နှင့် ပျက်စီး လေလွင့်မှု မရှိစေရန် စီမံခြင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည် ။
