  • Oversee and manage all Induction/License Training programs.
  • Assess training needs by developing schedules.     
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and general managers.
  • Collect and track data from various stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and research to conceptualize training materials.
  • Communicate training requirements to content developers and contribute to development efforts.
  • Formulate training strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and organize training plans to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage all the necessary administration tasks for the training session.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the teaching, coaching and training field.
  • Age over 25 years old s preferable.
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for training.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial and insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in English Language is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), as well as instructional software.
  • Proven ability in delivering effective training sessions.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High energy level & good interpersonal relationship with all levels and partners.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams and staff; capable of providing mentorship and leadership.
